摘要
针对可控偏心器中非接触感应电能传输系统的电源部分,分析了高频逆变电路的主电路及控制电路的性能,利用Multisim软件对全桥逆变电路进行仿真分析,并设计制作出了高频逆变电路。通过对全桥逆变电路的性能实验,测试出逆变电源的最大输出功率可达300 W,输出频率可调,范围可从0 Hz达到100 kHz,为非接触感应电能传输系统应用于旋转导向钻井系统提供了依据。
Aiming at power supply of the contactless induction power transmission system in the controllable eccentric device,this paper analyzed the main circuit of high-frequency inverter circuit and the performance of control circuit.Simulation analysis was carried out for full bridge inverter circuit by Multisim software and high-frequency inverter circuit was designed.Via the performance experiment of full bridge inverter circuit,it was tested out that the maximum output power of inverter power supply can reach 300W with the range of output frequency from 0 to 100 kHz,which provides basis for contactless induction power transmission system applied in rotary steering drilling system.
