Optimization and Analysis on the Government Agriculture Extension System Based on the Theory of Dissipative Structure

借鉴耗散结构理论的四个基本条件,分析当前我国政府农业推广体系在人员素质、方法理念、组织结构、职能定位、保障条件、成本风险等方面存在的问题,提出强化政府农业推广组织的公益性职能,优化推广体系等方面的建议。

This paper draws on the four basic conditions of the theory of dissipative structure, and analyzes some problems such as the quality of personnel, methods and ideals, organization system, functional agencies, security conditions, cost risk in agriculture extension of China nowadays, and proposes some suggestions such as consolidating the public welfare function of government agriculture extension organization, and optimizing extension system etc.
