基于旅游者认知的山地旅游安全现状调查研究

Investigation and Research on Mountain Tourism Based on Perception of Tourists

山地旅游在旅游业发展中具有重要地位,而山地旅游安全问题较之其他方式的旅游安全问题更为突出,因而应受到更多关注。以四川山地景区为例,调查旅游者对山地旅游安全的认知现状。结果表明:旅游者关注山地旅游安全问题,但有安全意识不高、山地旅游安全知识欠缺等问题存在;四川山地景区安全事故主要表现在自然灾害引起的事故、当地经营者欺诈和游览事故。最后指出旅游者的安全认知存在误区,受诸多因素影响。

Mountain tourism has an important role in development of tourism industry, and problems of mountain tourism safety are more prominent than others of tourism safety which should be given more attentions to. Taking Sichuan mountain scenic areas as a case, the paper investigates perceptions of tourists on mountain tourism safety. The findings show that tourists give attentions to mountain tourism safety, but their safety consciousness is low and relative knowledge is of shortage. Accidents in mountain scenic areas of Sichuan mainly exist at accidents caused by natural disaster, cheat and sight-seeing accidents. Finally, mistakes that tourists＇ perception is proposed which are impacted by many factors.
