摘要
以某洗涤塔制造为例,针对技术条件要求爆炸复合的15CrMoR+00Cr17Ni14M02不锈钢复合钢板和15CrMoR+N08825(0Cr21Ni42M03Cu2Ti)镍合金复合钢板冷成形后采取正火加回火工艺只能恢复基材的供货状态,而由此导致在σ相析出温度(600~950℃)和敏化温度(300~840℃)长时间停留会破坏覆层耐蚀性的实际情况,通过对其供货状态、设备制造过程的成形、焊接和热处理工艺综合分析,制定了合理的热成形和热处理工艺,保证了产品基层材料的使用状态为正火加回火状态,覆层使用状态分别为固溶或退火状态,产品各项性能均满足设计要求。
Using scrubbing tower as an example, aiming at the technical specification the supply condition of normalization plus tempering after cold formation for the clad of stainless steel and the nickel alloy cladding steel plate was seriously required, while the anti corrosion would be destructed at σ exudation temperature (600~950℃) and sensitive temperature (300~840℃). The analysis on such clad plate supply condition, forming, welding and heat treatment was made to set up an ideal forming and heat treatment processing and the base material was insured to use normalization plus temper heat treatment and the clad solution treatment. The performances of the product conform to design requirement.
