Application of Plate Evaporator in Liquor Evaporation in Alumina Plant

针对氧化铝母液蒸发器换热板的应力腐蚀开裂问题,通过改进板式蒸发器的结构和材料,设计了一种蒸发效率高、能量消耗低、使用寿命长的平面自由降膜板式蒸发器。使用结果表明,新蒸发器达到了预期的改进目的。

To solve the plate cracking problem due to stress corrosion of spent liquor evaporator in alumina process, a kind of flat and free falling film plate evaporator featuring high evaporation efficiency, low energy consumption and long service life was designed by means of improving con- struction and material of such plate evaporator. The operation results showed that the new kind of evaporator reached the expected improvement purpose.
