摘要
为有效降低煤气发生炉出口的煤气温度(500~600℃),节约能源,减少其对环境的污染并利用这部分热量,在煤气发生炉出口设置余热回收热交换器,利用高温煤气来加热给水产生低压水蒸气,供生活使用。在热交换器负荷改变的情况下进行了不同工况的设计计算。结果表明,对于给定的结构参数,煤气处理量增加时,热交换器的传热性能提高。在煤气发生炉出口设置热交换器后,煤气出口温度显著降低,减少了热量浪费,并且减少了对环境的污染破坏。
In order to decrease the outlet temperature of the coal gasifier, which maybe as high as 500~600℃, to save energy and decrease environmental pollution of flue gas, the energy of the gas must he recycled. Heat exchangers were disposed at the outlet of coal gasifier to reuse the energy of the gas. Though the heat exchangers, the coal gas at high temperature could be used to heat the feed water to produce stream at low pressure, which could meet daily use. Besides, the design calculation of heat exchanger at different operating condition was presented. The results showed that heat exchange performance was improved with the increasing capacity of the supply gas, for a given structure, and the outlet temperature of coal gas significantly decreases after the design of heat exchanger at the exit of coal gasifier, which can save energy and reduce the damage to environment.
