摘要
对某厂1.0 Mt/a连续重整凝汽式汽轮机因真空度降低影响机组安全运行和装置大负荷生产的原因进行分析,根据分析结果,采取清洗凝汽器、改造两级射汽抽气器和循环水管线等措施,取得了良好的效果。改造后该汽轮机真空度显著提高,保证了装置满负荷安全生产的需求。
The cause that vacuum reduction of condensing steam turbine impacted the safe operation and heavy production load in 1. 0Mt/a CCR was analyzed. According to the results of analysis, we have washed steam condenser, transformed two-stage steam jet ejector and modified circulating water pipelines, etc. The vacuum has been greatly improved, which insures the safe production with full load.
