持续胃肠减压辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的护理经验

The nursing experience of indwelling gastrointestinal decompression to acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨持续胃肠减压对急性胰腺炎胃内积液及胃肠道内积气患者减轻呕吐和腹胀的临床护理方法及效果。方法:对本科2009.1至2011.1月收治的129例急性胰腺炎患者行持续性胃肠减压内科综合治疗及临床护理体会进行总结和分析。结果:行胃肠减压期间所有患者胃肠减压均顺利完成,胃肠引流管通畅,无其他意外和并发症情况发生。配合其他护理和治疗措施,所有患者腹痛腹胀呕吐等症状消失(治愈)。生化指数均恢复正常。结论:给予急性胰腺炎患者行持续胃肠减压与有效的临床护理能够有效减轻患者腹痛和呕吐,减轻患者痛苦,促进胃肠功能恢复和急性胰腺炎的康复,认识到持续胃肠减压对治疗急性胰腺炎具有积极的作用和治疗价值。

Objective：To study the nursing method and the curative effect of continued indwelling gastrointestinal decompression for patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods：continued indwelling gastric tube decompression,the physical treatment and clinical nurse experience were retrospectively reviewed in 129 cases with acute pancreatitis between January 2009 and January 2011.Results：indwelling gastric tube decompression were successfully completed in all patients,without accidents and complications.With other care and treatment,continuous gastrointestinal decompression can improve significantly the symptoms such as abdominal pain,bloating,vomiting and the biochemical index.Conclusion：With other care and treatment continuous gastrointestinal decompression is helpful for the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the reduction of the suffering of patients and the increase of acute pancreatitis cure rate.It has a great value on treatment of acute pancreatitis.
