摘要
目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(简称HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法:利用HIFU在人体内部的可聚焦特性,对82例子宫肌瘤予以治疗,在治疗后3月、6个月随访观察患者临床症状,体征和瘤体的超声影像学变化。结果:总有效率96.4%(79例),治愈率37.8%(31例)。疗效显著率55%(45例)。结论:HIFU用于临床治疗子宫肌瘤,是一种安全有效的微创治疗方法。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of high intensity focused ultrasound（FIFU） on treating hysteromyoma.Methods：82 cases of intramural and subserous uterine fibroids were exposed to HIFU,which had focused property.Revisit proceeding after 3 and 6 months, observes the ultrasound imaging results of patients clinical symptoms,the features and the lump.Results：the total effective rate was of 96.4% （79 cases） while the cure rate was of 37.8%（31 cases） and the significant curative effect was of 55%（45 cases）.Conclusion;HIFU is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment method in treating clinical uterine fibroids.
