儿童竞赛活动对传播健康信息效果的研究

Eeffects of competition activities on disseminating children's health knowledge

目的:评价儿童竞赛活动对传播健康信息的效果。方法:采取三种不同的比赛方法(儿童健康比赛、儿童保健知识比赛、儿童亲子活动比赛)传播健康信息,以不参加人群作对照,并进行问卷调查和终期评估等。结果:从获取健康信息的效果上看,实验组儿童家长分别对母乳喂养、儿童保健饮食、运动及早教相关知识的知晓率明显高于对照组(P<0.001);实验组儿童保健系统管理率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);三种竞赛活动对传播健康信息的效果从高到低依次为儿童亲子活动比赛、儿童保健知识比赛、儿童健康比赛(P<0.001)。结论:通过主办儿童竞赛活动能有效地传播健康信息。

Objective：Research on the effect of competition activities to disseminate children＇s health knowledge.Methods：adopting three different competition activities（child health competition,child care knowledge competition and parent—child activity competition） to disseminate the health knowledge.It is carried out on the questionnaire survey and the final stage appraisal and so on with ones of no—jioning activities as control. Results：The parent—joining activites disseminated more child health knowledge for all the groups of breast feeding,child care diet and movement education than control（P0.01）.Conclusion;it is an effective way through competition activities to disseminate the child health knowledge.
