儿科护士静脉输液中的风险管理探讨

Intravenous Infusion in pediatric Nurse Risk Management

目的:探讨风险管理在儿科静脉输液中的应用。方法:采用分为风险评估、风险分析和风险识别的分析方法。结果:增强了护士风险防范意识和能力,2009年7月至2010年6月,未发生用药缺陷、差错和事故。结论:实施有效的护理风险管理,是确保患者安全用药的保障。

Objective：To explore risk management in the pediatric intravenous infusion of the application.Methods：divided into risk assessment, risk analysis and risk identification analysis.Results：The increased risk prevention awareness and ability of nurses,in July 2009～June 2010,without any medication defects,errors and accidents.Conclusion：The implementation of effective care and risk management is to ensure the protection of patient safety medication.
