The relationship between Autoimmune antibodies and adverse pregnancy history

目的:探讨自身免疫抗体与不良孕史及自然流产次数的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,对2010年1月至2011年1月在就诊并确诊为早期自然流产的患者102例,正常生育妇女96例作为对照组。两组妇女均用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测五种免疫抗体。结果:①病例组ACA、AoAb、AsAb、EmAb、ZpAb的阳性率分别为,五种抗体的阳性率较对照组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②病例组ACA、AsAb、ZpAb的阳性率随着流产次数的增加而增加,而流产次数增加AoAb和EmAb的阳性率无显著的变化。结论:ACA、AoAb、AsAb、EmAb和ZpAb与不良孕史有一定的相关性,且ACA、AsAb和ZpAb与流产次数之间有着相互的影响作用。

Objective：Investigate the relationship between Autoimmune antibodies and adverse pregnancy history and the the number of spontaneous abortion.Method：Choosing 102 patients Diagnosed with early spontaneous abortion in the Obstetrics and gynecology clinic of TangHua SiMian hospital,and 96 cases of normal fertile women as the control group with a case-control method.Two group of women were using the method of ELISA determination of five immune antibodies.Result：①The positive rate of ACA、AoAb、AsAb、EmAb、ZpAb in Case group was 42.38%、20.47%、31.25%、36.04%、27.02%,and their positive rate was higher than the control case group,and the differencewas significant（P0.05）.②The positive rate of ACA,AsAb、ZpAb increased with the increase of the number of abortions.,and there were no relationship between the AoAb and EmAb and the number of abortion.Conclusion：There are some certain correlation between ACA、AoAb、AsAb、EmAb、ZpAb and adverse pregnancy history.ACA,AsAb,ZpAb and the number of abortions may influence each other.
