摘要
目的:探讨小儿危重症与低血钙的关系。方法:根据小儿危重症病例与一般病例出现低血钙的概率进行对比,结果:发现危重患儿发生低钙血症的概率80%以上,而一般病例(不包括腹泻及营养不良)低血钙发生率<5%,结论:两者相比,危重患儿低血钙的发生与一般患儿有显著性差异,且病情越重,低血钙发生的几率也就越高,预后也越差。
Objective：To investigate the critically ill children with low blood calcium relationships.Method：According to compared the probability of low blood calcium between the pediatric critical care patients and the general cases of the disease,and found the occurrence of hypocalcemia in critically ill children more than 80%probability,and the general case（not including diarrhea and malnutrition） the incidence of low blood calcium5%,Conclusions：Compared to two,the incidence of hypocalcemia in critically ill children with normal children have significant differences, and the more severe the disease,the higher likelihood low blood calcium,the worse the prognosis.
