摘要
目的:调查中山火炬开发区学龄儿童感觉统合失调情况,为开展感觉统合失调的纠正治疗工作提供科学依据。方法:采用儿童感觉统合发展评定量表,对中山火炬开发区数所小学432名在校儿童进行调查分析。结果:被调查儿童感觉统合失调率18.05%,其中轻度失调率11.57%,重度失调率6.48%;男童失调率23.64%,显著高于女童的12.26%;按被调查儿童学习综合成绩上、中、下三等统计,感觉统合失调率分别为7.14%、12.18%、50.00%,差异有极显著意义;产业工人(农村)儿童感觉统合失调率27.33%明显高于城市儿童11.92%。结论:感觉统合失调存在于各年龄组的儿童中,与学习成绩及来自城乡儿童关系密切。开展感觉统合失调的矫治工作是十分必要的。
Objective:to investigate the sensory integration dysfunction of school—age children in zhongshan Torch Development Zone.For the development of seneory integration dysfuction treated with corrective work to provide a scientific basis.Methods:children sensory integration development scale,several primary school of 432 school—age children in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone were investigated for statistical analysis. Result:the children sensory integration dysfunction rate 18.05%,in which mild disorders rate was 11.57%,severe disorder rate 6.48%; boys disorders rate was 23.64%,significantly higher than that of girls 12.26%;according to the pupils who are learning comprehensive scores of three and other statistics,sensory integration disorders rates were 7.14%,12.18%,50.00%,threre were significant differrnces significance. Children from rural area disorders rate was 27.33%,significantly higher than that of childern in cityll.92%.Conclusion sensory integration dysfunction exists in various age groups of children,and academic achievement are closely related.conclusion:Development of sensory integration dysfunction treated with corrective work is very necessary.
