胎膜早破与难产关系56例临床分析

Premature rupture of membranes and dystocia relationship of 56 cases

目的:了解胎膜早破与难产关系。方法:分析我院收治的56例胎膜早破产妇发生难产的原因,同时与未发生胎膜早破产妇进行对比观察。结果:56例胎膜早破产妇中,有32例出现难产,难产率为57.1%。结论:临床积极分析处理胎膜早破,及时发现难产,并采取有效治疗手段,减少母婴产生并发症。

Objective：To understand the relationship between premature rupture of membranes and dystocia.Methods：56 patients admitted to hospital occurred dystocia maternal causes premature rupture of membranes,premature rupture of membranes did not occur simultaneously with the mothers were compared.Results：56 cases of maternal premature rupture of membranes,32 cases of dystocia,dystocia rate was 57.1%.Conclusion： a positive analysis of clinical treatment premature rupture of membranes,the timely detection of dystocia,and to take effective treatment, reduce infant and maternal complications.
