摘要
以多学科和多部门为背景,探讨了分布式创新下的创造力、创新和新产品开发的关系。认为创新产品的开发受益于大量的创意思想。特别是企业和科研机构合作,使得创意构思在多学科协作的环境中更富有成果。基于文献研究,在多部门、多学科主动合作的框架下,调查创造力和创意产生过程。然后,基于实证研究和工作经验,确定这些过程的有利条件,以及多学科小组内影响创造力的问题。
Under multidisciplinary and multisectoral context,this paper studies the relationship between creativity,innovation and new product development under distributed innovation environment.We believe that the development of innovative product benefits from a large amount of creative thought.And especially,the co-existence and cooperation of firms and technology organizations make the process of creative ideas particularly fruitful in multi-disciplinary collaborative environment.Based on literature reviews,we investigated the process of creativity and idea generation under the framework of multidisciplinary and multisectoral cooperation.Then,based on empirical research and our own experience,we have identified the advantages of these processes,and the impact of creative problem within a multidisciplinary team.
