头孢替安中间体N,N-二甲基氨基乙基-5-巯基-四氮唑的合成研究

Synthesis of 1-(2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl)-1,2-dihydrotetrazole-5-thione

N,N-二甲基氨基乙基-5-巯基-四氮唑(DMMT)为合成头孢替安的关键中间体。N,N-二甲基乙二胺与CS2加成后,不经巯基保护,直接与NaN3闭环合成得到产品,总收率达到75.4%。对实验条件进行了优化。

1-（2-（Dimethylamino）ethyl）-1,2-dihydrotetrazole-5-thione（DMMT） is a key intermediate compound for Cefoti-am.It was obtained by having a addition reaction with N,N-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine and CS 2,then reacting with NaN 3 directly in the condition of no the sulfhydryl group protection.The total yields reached 75.4%.The optimum reaction con-ditions was found in the experiment.
