氟氯苯胺是一种很有发展前途的医药合成中间体。综述了氟氯苯胺的几种合成方法,总结了以对硝基氯苯、邻二氯苯、邻氯苯胺、对硝基苯胺等为原料合成氟氯苯胺的方法,并对合成路线进行分析、比较,指出邻二氯苯为原料的合成路线工业生产可行。

Fluorine chloro aniline is a promising pharmaceutical intermediate.To review several synthetic methods of fluo-rine chloro aniline.To compare and analyze the synthesis methods of fluorine chloro aniline with p-nitrochlorobenzene、 o-dichlorobenzene、o-chloro aniline、nitroaniline as raw material,and point out that the synthesis routes with o-dichloro-benzene as raw materials was feasible.
