非均相Fenton降解造纸模拟物——紫丁香醇的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在自制的圆柱型双层玻璃反应器中,考查了非均相Fenton试剂对木素类模型物紫丁香醇(SL)的降解效果,探讨了溶液酸碱度、SL溶液初始浓度、H2O2用量、催化剂投加量、反应时间以及紫外光等因素对紫丁香醇降解的影响。结果表明,在室温条件下,当体系的pH值为3.0、H2O2用量为2Qth(2倍理论量),催化剂量为0.5 g时,浓度为50.0 mg/L的SL在60 min时的去除率可达57.89%;溶液pH值增大,去除率会相应减小;当体系中引入紫外光后,Fenton催化降解SL的效果明显增强,相同条件下,45 min时其降解率可达98.01%。 In this paper,the characters of syringe-model constituting lignin in papermaking wastewater were investigated in a self-designed cylindrical reactor.It was founded that many factors that included pH value,the initial concentration of syringe lignin,H 2 O 2 dosage,catalyst dosage,reaction time and UV-light had obvious influences on degradation of sy-ringe lignin.The experimental results showed that at pH=3.0 the removal rate of syringe lignin achieved 57.89% during 60 minutes operating at two times as theoretical dosage of H 2 O 2 and when the catalyst dosage is 0.5 g at room tempera-ture.As pH value increases,the degradation rate decreases.When UV-light was added to the system,the best perfor-mance was obtained that it's removal rate reached to 98.01% after 45 minutes at the same condition.
