摘要
设计了基于PLC控制的多媒体教室,阐述了控制系统的设计方法,详细介绍了该系统的设计过程,其中包括具体的设计要求、可编程控制器型号的选择、I/O接口的分配、PLC接线图等,并且给出了完整的软件流程图、梯形图程序和详细的程序说明;该控制系统可以实现对多媒体、大门、室内灯光的智能控制及设备故障的智能检测。通过中控系统,能够实现对多媒体教室的集中管理、集中控制和集中维护的功能;同时可以省去电教管理人员大量的工作,解决现代化教室的管理和使用问题,也方便了教师对多媒体的使用。
In the subject, we design the multimedia classrooms controlled by PLC, expound the design method of the control system, introduced in detail design process of the system, which include the specific design requirements, the model's select of programmable controller, the distribution of I/O interface and the wiring diagram of PLC. At the same time, we give a complete software flow chart, ladder program and detailed description of the procedures. Through the techniques above, We can achieve intelligent control for multimedia, doors, indoor lighting and the intelligent detection for equipment failure. Through the control system, we could achieve the function of centralized management, centralized control and centralized maintenance for multimedia classrooms; At the same time this system can save a lot of work for audio-visual management, resolve problems of management and use for the modem classroom, and also provide convenience for teachers to use multimedia.
