摘要 使用82 Hz轴向加载疲劳试验机和20 kHz非间歇式加载的超声疲劳试验机,对比研究了超声加载频率对轴承钢GCr15和35CrMo超长寿命疲劳性能的影响。断口观察表明:82 Hz轴向加载和20 kHz超声加载的GCr15试样,在全应力幅范围既发生表面破坏又发生由夹杂物引起的内部破坏;而35CrMo试样在两种频率下均为表面裂纹破坏,GCr15在超声加载的条件下应力强度因子要比82Hz轴向加载的试样小。根据寿命数据比较,超声加载频率提高了试样的疲劳寿命。 In order to investigate the frequency effect on giga-cycle fatigue properties in giga-cycle region, ultrasonic (20 kHz) and cyclic axial (82 Hz) loading tests were carried out for GCrl 5 and 35CrMo steel using plain specimens. Fracture observation shows that axial loading GCrl5 samples and ultrasonic samples, in all the stress amplitude range have both surface damage and internal damage caused by inclusion, and both 35CrMo axial loading samples and ultrasonic samples have surface crack damage, The stress intensity factor of GCrl5 in ultrasonic test is smaller than that in axial loading test. Compared with the S-N data of cyclic axial loading, the ultrasonic loading frequency increased the fatigue life of GCrl 5 and 35CrMo steel
