摘要
车床作为制造业的基础设备,零件加工精度受到诸多因素制约,其中主轴回转误差是主要的影响因素之一。该车床主轴回转精度计算机测量系统由光电编码器、电涡流传感器、微机、变送器、数据采集卡及辅助工具构成。在测量车床主轴回转精度的同时,可获得与主轴角位置对应的径向跳动、端面跳动和角度摆动误差,使用数理统计法误差分离技术编制LabView软件处理来测量结果,得到各项主轴回转误差。由于测量数据与主轴角度位置对应,主轴回转误差可进一步在计算机上用3D图形来表达。
As a manufacturing infrastructure, The lathe spindle is constrained by many factors when machining And the spindle error is one of the major factors. In this article, we talk about the lathe spindle rotation accuracy measurement system which is consisted of optical encoder, eddy current sensor, PC, transmitter, data acquisition card and aids. When measuring the accuracy of the lathe spindle rotation, it can receive the corresponding radial, face runout and swing angle error. Using mathematical statistics error separation technique and LabVIEW survey the results to get the spindle error. As the measurement data corresponds to the position axis angle, The spindle error can be expressed with 3D figure in the computer.
