中国共产党执政与现代化发展之“中国模式”

CCP's Taking Power and China Model of Modernization

中国共产党执政中国的前30年,构成"中国模式"的基础与前提。在深刻总结前30年执政经验的基础上,中国共产党毅然领导全国各族人民走上了改革开放之路;在苏东剧变后,又是中国共产党成为改革开放的坚持者与深化者。文章认为,正是中国共产党的坚强领导,成就了中国现代化的"中国模式",同时赋予执政党与时俱进的时代品格。

The CPC＇ s thirty years＇ ruling practice in China, namely, from 1949 to 1978, constitutes the basis and precondi- tions of China Model. On the basis of previous ruling experience, CPC resolutely led the people of all ethnic groups and began the Reform and Opening Up. After the Radical Social and Political Changes in the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, CPC in- sisted on furthering the Reform and Opening Up. This paper holds the view that it is the firm and resolute leadership of CPC that shapes China Model and endows the ruling party with the disposition to keep pace with the times.
