On the Impetus Components and its Release Paths of China's Economic System Reform

我国改革得以不断推进的关键在于持续的动力源,把握我国经济体制改革的动力体系,对于推进改革向纵深发展具有重要的现实意义。本文从中国改革的实践出发,构建出我国经济体制改革中的动力结构,在新制度经济学框架之下进行对比研究,并通过分析改革过程中动力不断消减的原因,探寻改革动力进一步释放的途径。

The key to continuous progress of our country＇ s reform lies in its sustaining impetus sources. It is of great signifi- cance to fully understand the impetus system to push the economic reform forward in both the width and depth. Taking China＇ s reform practice into account, this article tries to construct the impetus system of Chinese economic reform and to study it compara- tively thereof. Seeking the hideous reasons why the impetus constantly decreases throughout the reform process, it explores new approaches to further release reform impetus.
