修船企业产能与成本的控制

Control of production capacity and cost in a ship-repair enterprise

针对目前国内修船市场业务量萎缩的现状,为减少资源浪费,根据中海工业立新船厂的实践经验,简要阐述控制劳动力数量、租赁闲置设备、减少加班运营及考核工作效率等控制产能的方法;同时在成本控制方法方面,文章提出"周期-价格曲线"和"工程量-价格曲线"的报价方法以供业内船厂参考,期望通过报价形式的改变将部分修船成本转嫁出去,达到成本控制的目的。

In view of business shrink for ship-repair market, this paper introduces the practical experience from China Shipping Lixin Shipyard including man-power control, rent of idle equipments, reducing of overtime work and assessing of working efficiency ; In this paper, price-quotation of both＂ period-price curve＂ and＂ work amount-price curve＂ are put forward in order to shift part of cost and get control of it.
