摘要
对昆钢KD-100型液压泥炮在工作过程中出现打泥油缸的内泄漏问题进行分析，提出有效的改进方法，通过改进活塞的结构及其密封方式可以有效改善油缸的内泄漏问题，保证高炉关键设备的长周期安全运行。
The question of KD-100 hydraulic clay gun actuator internal leakage at work was analyzed, effective measures were then proposed. The internal leakage can be successfully improved by the plunger structural modification and new sealing mode, reliable and efficient operation of the blast furnace was realized.
