摘要
本文介绍了炼钢厂4号连铸机二冷水系统的升级改造过程,在原有控制系统的基础上,通过增加现场调节控制设备,增加PLC内部的PID功能模块,完善PLC程序,使系统由原来较为的简单开环控制系统升级为闭环控制系统。实现了对水量的精确控制,获得铸坯最佳冷却效果,满足了生产工艺需要,降低了漏钢率,提高了铸坯外形质量。
The upgrading of secondary cooling water system for No.4 continuous casting machine of steel mill was introduced, based on the original control system, by increasing the field adjustment control equipment and the PID function blocks within PLC, improving the PLC program, the system consists of the original relatively simple open-loop control system were upgraded to closed-loop control system. Cooling water was controlled statistically, the best cooling effects of slab were got to meet the needs of the production process, the leakage rate of steel reduced, the quality of the slab shape was improved, too
