Financing Mode of Expressway under Market Mechanism

我国高速公路建设经过二十多年的发展,取得了举世瞩目的成就,但目前仍面临巨大的建设资金需求压力。我国现有的融资方式存在一定的局限性,因此为了满足未来高速公路建设资金需求,必须在完善现有融资方式的基础上,拓宽适用市场机制的各种新型融资方式。

Through two decades of development,China has obtained great achievement in expressway construction,but still faces pressure of a great deal of construction capital at present.The current financing mode in China has a certain limitation.In order to meet the capital demand of expressway construction in future,it is imperative to develop various new types of financing mode which adapt to market mechanism on the basis of perfecting current financing modes.
