摘要
哈达山水利枢纽输水干渠工程是吉林省特大灌区工程,肩负增长百亿斤商品粮的重任。施工单位在春天做施工准备时发现闸室底板中间位置出现贯穿性裂缝,伴随着底板抬高现象。对闸室底板进行有限元建模,计算底板的温度场和应力场在浇筑完成后随环境温度的变化情况。结果表明,由于寒区冬季环境温度低,施工阶段闸底板压重不足情况下越冬,在结构上会极大加剧闸门槽这一薄弱部位开裂的可能性。
Water Trunk Canal of Hada Mountain Hydro Project is the biggest irrigation construction of Jilin Province. It bears a most important task of making sure of increasing by billions kilograms of grains. The constrcuction company found perforliate cracks appearing in the middle of the bottom plate of gate chamber, with the bottom plate heaving, when they prepared for constuction in spring. This text herewith mainly states the model formation of finite element, for bottom plate of gate chamber. , and calcullates the changes of tempretuer field and the stress field of the bottom plate, after pouring, which is with the change of its enviromental tempreture. The results suggest that during the constructing, the prosibilities of cracking appearing at the weak part of the gate slot will be extreamly increased , if the eonstrucion is constructed at a lowest envoironment tempreture , in winter of the cold area, but the bottom plate being without enough pressure.
