梨矮化砧木云南榅桲硬枝扦插繁殖试验 被引量:6

摘要 以云南榅桲为材料,研究了不同浓度ABT①号生根粉(0、20、40、60、80、100、120mg/L)、吲哚丁酸(0、0.25、0.5、1.0mg/L)、覆膜和不同部位插条处理对云南榅桲插条成活率的影响。结果表明:ABT①号生根粉(20~120mg/L)、吲哚丁酸(0.25~1.0mg/L)和覆盖地膜处理提高了云南榅桲插条成活率,云南榅桲上部插条扦插成活率高于下部插条;在覆膜条件下,100mg/L的ABT①号生根粉和0.5mg/L的吲哚丁酸处理插条成活率分别为95.5%和100%。 Yunnan quince was used as test materials,the effect of different concentration ABT No.1(0,20,40,60,80,100,120 mg/L)rooting powder and IBA(0,0.25,0.5,1.0 mg/L),polyethylene film,and different parts of branch on the survival rate of cuttings was studied.The results showed that,ABT No.1 rooting powder(20~120 mg/L),IBA(0.5~1.0 mg/L),and covering polyethylene film increased the survival rate of cuttings.The survival rate of the upper part of branch was higher than that of the lower part branch.Under covering polyethylene film,the survival rate of cuttings treated by ABT No.1 rooting powder 100 mg/L and IBA 0.5 mg/L were 95.5% and 100%,respectively.
