摘要
高职教育人才培养模式经过改革与发展,在人才培养过程、培养内容等方面取得了显著成就。但是,仍存在瓶颈,主要表现为:人才培养目标定位"比较务实"却"不重落实"、专业改革"追求特色"却"难保本色"、课程改革"追求丰富"却"不够丰厚"、教学改革"追求灵活"却"效果一般"、人才评价方式"理论多元"却"实践单一"。因此,必须突破人才培养模式五个方面的瓶颈,切实提高人才培养质量。
With the reforms and development of Talents Training Patterns in Higher Vocational Education,we have made some achievements in the training process,training content and so on.However,there still exists the following bottlenecks: training targeting is "more pragmatic" but "less practicable",speciality reforms are more focused on "pursuing characteristic" than "true qualities",curriculum reforms seeks "richness" but "not very resultful",teaching reforms try to be "flexible" but 'not effective ",talent evaluation mode claims to have "multiple theories",but the practice is "sole".Therefore,it is encessary to break the five bottlenecks and to effectively improve the quality of talents training.
