新形势下高职院校学生党员发展工作中存在的问题与对策研究

Problems of Expanding Communist Party Membership in Higher Vocational Colleges Under New Circumstances and Countermeasures

目前,我国高职院校在校生人数达到了640.9万人,假如按照每年5%的比例发展学生党员,每年将发展学生党员32.045万人。成为党员队伍发展壮大的主渠道之一。近年来,高职院校尽管在学生党员发展工作上取得了可喜的成绩,但我们必须清醒地看到,我们在学生党员发展工作中存在着数量与质量兼顾问题、重发展轻管理问题、人员与经费问题等诸多问题,笔者结合自己多年的岗位经历,对高职院校学生党员发展工作存在的问题进行了一些调查研究和梳理,并针对存在的主要问题,提出了一些相应的对策,以期促进新形势下高职院校学生党员发展工作。

At present,the students enrolled in higher vocational colleges amount to 6,409 million.If the increasing rate remains as high as 5% annually for expanding Communist Party membership,there would be 0.32 million Communist Party memberships among colleges annually.In recent years,the developing work of students Communist Party memberships has made great achievement,but we should attach importance to some problems such as quantity and quality,less management,contradiction of staff and financing.With years of experience,the author investigated the problems of developing Communist Party memberships among colleges and put forward corresponding measures,hoping to improve the development work of Communist Party memberships in colleges.
