摘要
人事档案是人才信息的重要载体是人才的主要信息源,是知人善任、选贤举能的重要工具。管好用好人事档案,对人才资源开发起着重要作用。随着我国人事制度改革力度的不断加大,人事档案管理工作已经从传统的手工方式向电子化发展。目前,研究所人事档案管理中仍然存在很多的问题,有待加以改善,本文试图探讨其中存在的问题并提出相应的对策。
Personnel files is an important carrier of talent information,the main information sources of talent,and an important tool to familiar and elect talent.Properly management and use of the personnel files plays an important role in the development of human resources.In China,with the increasing of the personnel system reform,the management work of personnel files has developed from the traditional manual way to the electronic way.Currently,there are still many problems exist in the management of personnel files in institute to be resolved.
