江苏沿海前沿区域是江苏沿海开发的重点,这一区域如何开发,制定科学的规划为万事之首、重中之重。根据《江苏沿海开发规划》的要求,应该实施港口、产业、城镇三位一体联动开发。
The front area that close to the shore of Jiangsu Province is a emphasis for developing economy.How to develop the front area？ The most important thing is to constitute programming scientifically.According to the require of ＂The Coast Development Programming of Jiangsu Province＂,we ought to implement the triunity linkage development of ports,industry and towns.
