摘要
从我国正处于经济转轨、社会转型的特殊历史时期,及开滦集团正处于转型发展攻坚时期的特定背景下,企业信访稳定工作所面临的挑战、形势和任务出发,提出了新形势下用创新的方式、方法和手段,来加强、改进和解决信访稳定工作所面临的问题,进而为实现开滦集团公司的转型发展和"十二五"战略目标提供保证。
During the period of economic transition and social transformation in China, Kailuan Group is now in the key stage of transformation and development. Under such circumstances, the enterprise has been faced with new challenges in fulfilling the task of ensuring social stability. This thesis mainly focuses on the innovation in how to improve the work of handling letters and complaints as well as the means and methods to tackle the problems occurred, aiming to guarantee the transformation in the development of the enterprise and ensure the realization of the strategic objective set in the Twelfth Five - year Plan.
