等离子发射光谱法快速测定叶面肥7种矿质元素含量的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用等离子发射光谱法即ICP-AES法测定叶面肥中的硼、钙、铜、铁、镁、锰、锌等7种矿质元素含量,并对其测定效应作了分析。结果表明:该方法具有良好的准确度及精密度。其各矿质元素的加标回收率为98.89%~104.36%,标准偏差(RSD)为0.78%~1.74%。与国标GB/T 17420-1998方法的测定结果相比较,该方法操作简便,测试时间短,数据可靠。 The mineral elements in leaf fertilizer,boron,calcium,cuprum,iron,magnesium,manganese and zinc were tested with spectroscopic methodology of plasma emission(ICP-AES method) and their effects on plants.It showed that this method was satisfied with its correctness and high degree of precision.The standard percent recoveries were between 98.89% to 104.36%,and their RSD were 0.78% to 1.74% to all 7 elements tested in the leaf fertilizer.Compared to the methodology of GB/T 17420-1998,this methodology was easy to manipulate,shorter time to obtain results and reliable.
