野战低温储运箱设计

Design of low temperature field storage-transport chest

目的:为野战或应急医学救援条件下的药品、生物制品、血液等医用急救物资的野外应急运输和储存,研制一款野战低温储运箱。方法:低温储运箱由箱体结构和电气控制系统两部分组成,箱体结构部分包括箱体和箱盖,箱体和箱盖采用滚塑一体成型方式成型;电气控制系统包括压缩机驱动与风扇输出控制部分、温度采集与显示操作部分、温度记录与USB下载部分和后备电池充电系统部分。结果:通过性能试验和使用证明野战低温储运箱系统设计合理,温度可靠,具有冷冻和冷藏双重工作模式。结论:野战低温储运箱很适合医学救援现场温度敏感物资的应急运输和储存。

Objective：This low temperature field storage-transport chest was researched for emergency storage of drugs,biological products,blood and other medical first aid supplies in the field or emergency medical aid conditions.Methods：It consists of two parts,chest body structure and electrical control system.The chest body structures consist of chest body and chest cover which is mounded through rotational molding.The electric control system consists of compressor drive and output control for fan part,temperature collect,display and operation part,temperature record and USB download part and backup battery charging system part.Results：It is proved that the system design the temperature inside is reasonable and reliable with two operation modes of cold storage and refrigeration storage.Conclusion：It is very suitable for emergency transport and storage of temperature sensitive supplies in the medical emergency field.
