摘要
随着气象事业的不断发展,现有的计量检定标准、设备已不能满足当前的业务需要。为了实现计量检定体系的自动化,对风速检定装置进行了全面系统地升级改造。对新的风速检定装置进行不确定度的评定是判断其是否符合量值传递系统要求的一项必不可少的工作。本文在JJG 431-86《DEM6型轻便三杯风向风速表检定规程》[1]规定的条件下,通过建立测量过程的数学模型,根据JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》[2]要求,对风速检定装置测量不确定度的评定与表示进行了介绍。
With the continuous development of meteorological services, the existing certification standards and the device can not meet current business needs. In order to achieve the automation of metering verification system, wind speed verification device upgrades comprehensively. It is an essential work to assess uncertainty of new wind speed verification device, which determines whether it meets the requirements of value transfer. Based on the rules of JJG 431-86 DEM6 Cups Light Wind Anemometer Type Test Procedures ,according to the requirements of JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, this paper introduces uncertainty evaluation of wind speed verification device by means of establishment of a mathematical model.
