摘要
手机短信作为新兴的通讯手段,已成为人们相互交流、获取信息的一个重要渠道。近几年来,各地气象部门利用手机短信业务拓展气象服务领域,取得了较好的社会、经济效益。本文介绍了吉林省气象短信信息发布平台升级改造过程中的设计思路、系统组成、服务能力,及其升级后预警信息发布平台的应用。
As the new means of communicate with each other or communication, SMS has become an important way for people to get messages. In recent years, meteorological departments all over the country use SMS to expand the field of meteorological service and receive good social and economic benefits. This paper introduces design idea,system composition and service ability during upgrading of weather SMS information platform of Jilin province. It also describes the application of warning information platform after upgrading.
