我国社区矫正执行主体初探

The research about the complementing subject of community correction in China

社区矫正是一种与监禁矫正相对的强制性司法活动,是促进罪犯顺利回归社会的非监禁刑罚执行活动。社区矫正在我国经历了八年的试点应用,刑法修正案(八)正式将社区矫正写入,既是对我国社区矫正试行成果的肯定,也是对我国刑罚轻缓化、刑罚社会化发展的重要考验。本文主要从社区矫正执行主体的角度探讨如何做好社区矫正工作。

Community correction is a compulsory judicial activities,which is opposite to prison correction and can promote the successful reunification of the prison sentence.In our community,community correction has experienced eight years and has been written in the amendments（eight） of the criminal law.It make sure that our community correction has made achievements,it is also an important test of China penalty light and socialization.This article mainly investigates how to do the community correcting job from making sure the correct execution of the community correction.
