摘要
针对能馈式电子负载中的直流模块特殊要求—低压大电流输入、高增益、高效率,在分析传统拓扑和手段的基础上,介绍了一种新颖输入并联、输出串联拓扑,利用耦合电感提高电路的增益,采用新颖有源箝位实现了软开关。在该电路的基础上设计了一个交错并联变换器以满足这些大功率等级,并进一步减小了输入电流纹波。阐述了在此应用下该变流器中死区时间、变压器匝比与励磁等主要参数的设计方法,利用DSP控制实现了系统的恒流输入控制。样机实验结果表明该方案切实可行,变换器工作稳定、效率高,为电流型高增益的应用场合提供了一个很好的参考方案。
Aiming at the input with low voltage and large current,high gain,and high efficiency special requirements of the DC/DC module in the energy-feedback electronic load,the inventional circuit topologies and techniques were analyzed.A novel input parallel and output series topology which increases the step-up gain with the coupled inductance was introduced.Meanwhile,the soft-switching was implemented with the active clamp circuits.An interleaved parallel converter was designed based on this new topology to meet the large power requirement and decrease the current ripple effectively.Then the dead-time,winding ratio of the transformer and magnetizing inductance were analyzed,the fixed input current control of the converter with DSP was realized.The experimental results demonstrate that this scheme is feasible,the converter operates stably with high efficiency.
