摘要
本文对当前我国肉类产品标准体系建设中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了促进我国肉类食品加工企业标准体系建设的建议。
The current standard systems of meat products in our country were analyzed in this article.The main problems and the gap for meat product were found out.According to China development status of meat products,useful suggestions on the promotion the construction of the proposed standard system of food processing enterprises were also proposed.
