社区发展与居民参与——关于银川市C、J小区的调查

On Community Development and Involvement of Residents—An Investigation of C,J Residential District in Yinchuan City

居民参与是社区发展的内在要求,是社区发展的本质动力。本文通过对两个商品房居民小区的居民参与状况调查,初步厘清了影响居民参与的内外因素,并在此基础上提出加强社区居民参与的途径,认为提升居民参与的关键在于培育相应的制度环境和维护居民的参与权益。

Residents＇ involvement is the internal requirement of community development. It is also the essential force for community development. In this paper, the author based on investigation of involvement of two commodity house districts, made a clear analysis of internal and external factors which affect residents＇ involvement. On this basis, the author proposed the approach for strengthen residents＇ involvement and thought the key to improving residents＇ involvement is to cultivate corresponding system environment and maintain residents＇ rights.
