摘要 利用RESCON模型对三门峡水库泥沙淤积的管理方式进行了评价,结果表明:①修正后的RESCON模型输沙率公式得出的输沙率精度较高,可用于三门峡水库的泥沙清淤评价;②RESCON模型对5种水库清淤方案进行的比较表明,水力虹吸抽沙方案在技术上不可行,传统挖沙方案和干挖方案年清淤量过大,现阶段清淤技术无法达到;③水位290m,冲沙流量为1 188m3/s,323 m水位下水库长期库容为16.05亿m3,每2 a进行一次挖沙,每次挖沙历时67 d的方案为最优方案。 This study based on RESCON model developed by the World Bank evaluates the sedimentation managementation operation mode of the Sanmenxia Reservoir and provides feasible plans.The main research results show that: ①sediment discharge rate calculation formula on RESCON model is revised and checked in the study,and RESCON model can be used to evaluate the sediment claerance of the Sanmenxia Reservoir.②five sediment clearance techniques were analyzed and compared by using RECOM model,the results show that the HSRS is not workable technically,due to high volume of sediment,the traditional dredging and trucking are also not feasible at present.③the best flushing strategies is: Water level of 290 m,flushing discharge of 1 188 m^3 / s,long-term reservoir storage capacity 16.05 billion m^3 below 323 m water level,dredging every two years and each flushing duration is 67 days.
