摘要
2000年黑河水资源统一管理和干流水量调度以来,下游河道断流天数逐年减少。通过建立莺落峡、正义峡断面及区间中游耗水量趋势方程,分析了实施黑河水量调度10年间下游累计增泄水量情况,结果表明:正义峡断面向下游累计增泄27.5亿m3,为下游绿洲的维持与恢复提供了良好的水资源保障。
Since 2000,the implementation of unified administration water resources and water regulation of the main stream of Heihe River has been practiced for ten years and the number of zero-flow days of the downstream decreased year by year.From established water-consumption equations respectively for Yingluo Gorge section,Zhengyi Gorge section and the middle stream between them,accumulative increased discharge capacity of Heihe River downstream in this ten years was calculated.The results show that the increased discharge capacity from Zhengyi Gorge section to the lower reaches added up to 2.75 billion m^3,providing guarantee for the oasis's maintenance and restoration in the lower reaches of Heihe River.
