摘要
在混凝土中掺加引气剂、减水剂和粉煤灰,设计不同的混凝土配合比方案进行试验,分析新拌混凝土的流动性。结果表明:掺加胶凝材料质量的1%的高效减水剂后,混凝土拌合物的流动性较不掺加减水剂的情况提高100%左右;掺加胶凝材料质量的20%的优质粉煤灰后,混凝土拌合物的流动性增强,但短龄期(90 d)内,混凝土的抗压强度降低10%左右;高流动性新拌混凝土的最佳配合比为水泥∶水∶砂∶石∶粉煤灰∶减水剂∶引气剂=360∶164∶694∶1 182∶0∶2.88∶0.036。
By adding air entraining agent,water reducing agent and fly ash in the concrete,we designed different concrete mixture ratio test and analyzed the flowing property of fresh concrete.The results show that when adding high efficiency water reducing agent mass is 1% of gelatinization material,the fluidity of fresh concrete will increase 100% contrasting without adding water reducing agent.When adding high quality fly ash mass is 20% of gelatinization material,the fluidity of fresh concrete will be increased,but the compression strength of concrete will be reduced about 10% in short term(90 d).The optimum mixture ratio of high fluidity concrete is cement:water:sand:stone:fly ash:water reducing agent:air entraining agent = 360:164:694:1182:0:2.88:0.036.
