摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤加减治疗开胸术后自汗、盗汗的疗效。方法:采用补中益气汤随症加减治疗符合诊断标准的开胸术后自汗、盗汗患者46例,水煎分服,1剂/d。以治疗5天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:46例患者治愈26例,占56.52%;有效18例,占39.13%;无效2例,4.35%。总有效率达95.65%。结论:补中益气汤随症加减治疗开胸术后自汗、盗汗有较显著的疗效。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of treating spontaneous and night sweats after thoracotomy with modified BuZhong YiQiTang.Method：46 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of postoperative spontaneous and night sweats were treated with modified BuZhong YiQiTang,one dose daily.5 days for a course of treatment,observed the therapeutic effect after one course of treatment.Result：Among 46 patients,26 cases were cured,accounting for 56.52%;18 cases were effective,accounting for 39.13%;2 cases were ineffective,accounting for 4.35%;the total effective rate was 95.65%.Conclusions：Treating patients with spontaneous and night sweats after thoracotomy with modified BuZhong YiQiTang have a more significant effect.
