中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎59例疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Treating Chronic Hepatitis B with Traditional Chinese Medicine for 59 Cases

目的:观察中药复方治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:采用中药复方辨证加减治疗符合诊断标准的慢性乙型肝炎患者59例,1剂/d,水煎早、晚2次分服。以治疗4周为1个疗程。结果:显效19例,占32.20%;有效25例,占42.37%;无效15例,占25.42%;总有效率74.58%。59例患者经4周治疗HBV-DNA转阴17例,占28.8%;治疗8周转阴22例,占35.59%;治疗12周转阴27例,占45.76%;治疗16周转阴31例,占52.54%;治疗24周转阴37例,占62.71%。结论:中药复方辨证加减治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效显著,HBV-DNA的阴转率高。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of treating chronic hepatitis B with traditional Chinese medicine.Method：59 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis B were treated with modified traditional Chinese medicine description according to syndromes,1 dose 1 day,took in 2 times at morning and evening.4 weeks for a course of treatment.Result：Among 59 patients,19 cases were significantly effective accounting for 32.20%,25 cases were effectual accounting for 42.37%;15 cases were ineffective accounting for 25.42%;the total effective rate was 74.58%.The 59 patients after treated for 4 weeks,HBVDNA in 17 cases were converted into negative accounting for 28.8%;after treated for 8 weeks,17 cases were converted into negative,accounting for 35.59 %;after treated for12 weeks,27 cases were converted into negative,accounting for 45.76 %;after treated for 16 weeks,31cases were converted into negative,accounting for 52.54 %;after treated for 24 weeks,37 cases were converted into negative,accounting for 62.71%.Conclusion：Treating chronic hepatitis B with modified traditional Chinese medicine description according to syndromes has significant effect and high HBVDNA negative conversion rate.
