摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合卒中单元对脑卒中急性期患者的护理效果。方法:将120例住院的急性脑卒中患者随机分为2组。66例为中西医结合卒中单元组(观察组),54例为传统护理组(对照组)。对照组予以传统护理,观察组在神经内科护理的基础上另加规范的中医辨证施护,主要观察指标有日常生活能力评估(BI)、神经功能评估(NIHSS)。结果:观察组患者神经功能和日常生活活动能力较对照组患者有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合卒中单元能减少神经功能缺损,提高患者日常生活能力,卒中急性期患者可从中获得更多益处。
Objective： To evaluate care effect of patients with acute stroke by stroke unit of the integrative medicine.Method：120 hospitalized acute stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups.66 cases were stroke unit of the integrative medicine group（observation group）,54 cases were conventional care（control group）.Control group took the conventional care methods,observation group took TCM care on the basis of neurological care,the main observation indicators were daily living assessment（BI）,neurological assessment（NIHSS）.Result：The observation group patients improved significantly in neurological functions and activities of daily living more than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative medicine stroke unit can reduce the neurological deficit,improve the daily living of patients,patients with acute stroke may derive more benefits.
