基于主成分分析法的北京市创新型企业绩效评价

Performance evaluation of beijing innovative enterprises based on principal component analysis

针对传统企业绩效评价指标的单一性和主观性,基于主成分分析法提出一种评价方法,尽可能全面客观地评价北京市创新型企业绩效。根据北京市创新型企业中31家内地上市公司2008年和2009年的财务数据,采用主成分分析法构建绩效评价模型,并利用该模型计算出31家创新型企业的绩效得分。该研究方法可为企业绩效评价提供一条新的思路,研究结果可供投资决策者参考。

In terms of the singleness and subjectivity of traditional index for enterprise performance evaluation, an evaluation method based on principal component analysis is proposed to evaluate the performance of Beijing innovative enterprises completely and objectively as much as possible. A performance evaluation model for Beijing innovative enterprises is built according to 2008 and 2009 financial data of 31 listed companies in China's Mainland as Beijing innovative enterprises. The performance of listed innovative companies is accordingly scored. The study method could be a new way of thought for enterprise performance evaluation and the result is for investors＇ reference.
